The Work Watch Project exists to help people move from uncertainty to readiness. We provide practical, no-cost workforce training, one-on-one encouragement, and a bridge to employers in our community who are looking for dependable people.
We are not a staffing agency and we do not guarantee employment. What we offer is preparation, encouragement, and connection — so that when the door opens, you are ready to walk through it.

- We never sell your information. We only share your details with an employer partner when you ask us to.
- Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive identifiers through this site.
- The Work Watch Project is not an employment agency and does not guarantee a job, an interview, or any specific outcome.
