A 4th Watch Ministries Initiative

The Work Watch Project

Preparing people for meaningful work — through practical workshops, coaching, and relationships with employers who are ready to hire.

Our Mission

Work is dignity. Preparation is stewardship.

The Work Watch Project exists to help people move from uncertainty to readiness. We provide practical, no-cost workforce training, one-on-one encouragement, and a bridge to employers in our community who are looking for dependable people.

We are not a staffing agency and we do not guarantee employment. What we offer is preparation, encouragement, and connection — so that when the door opens, you are ready to walk through it.

Train

Coach

One-on-one resume review and interview practice with people who care.
